LIBRARY ST AT TRINITY TOWNHOUSE
Just around the corner from Trinity Townhouse, you will discover Library St, an elegantly contemporary wine bar and restaurant. The name ‘Library St’ pays homage to the historical moniker originally intended for this 18th Century Street, which leads directly towards the university’s now globally renowned library.
At Library St, there is a distinctly Irish essence with a dedicated emphasis on impeccably sourced, seasonal ingredients procured from across Ireland. The culinary philosophy here centers on a sharing menu designed to foster a communal dining atmosphere, inviting guests to sample a variety of dishes. The wine selection is equally thoughtful, featuring intriguing options available by both the glass and bottle, prioritizing sustainable producers and smaller vineyards whenever feasible.
Under the guidance of the accomplished Head Chef, Kevin Burke, the menu offers a sophisticated range of choices, from Freshly Baked Baguettes to Crispy Chicken Wings complemented by Morel and Tarragon Mayo. Not to be missed are the Chargrilled Tranche of Turbot paired with Brown Butter Béarnaise & Sorrel, and the delectably prepared Roast Saddle of Lamb.
For those seeking a more intimate gathering, Library St also boasts a Private Dining Room, which comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
